What is Zalexo's return policy?
Most items are eligible for a 7-day return policy. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. You can initiate a return directly from your Order History page.
How do I compare different sellers?
On every product page, we show all available offers from different verified sellers. You can compare them based on price, delivery speed, and seller rating before adding to your cart.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Zalexo India uses industry-standard 256-bit encryption for all transactions. We do not store your complete card details and use secure gateways for processing.
